The Life Center is a non-denominational, bible teaching, Holy Spirit filled congregation that is impacting our community with the Good News of the gospel of Jesus Christ! Our priority is to prepare our membership with sound biblical teaching and anointed preaching of God’s word. Our goal is to network with like minded fellowships in our area to help promote the Message of the Cross.

The Life Center’s theme verse is found in the gospel of John chapter 14 verse 6."Jesus said to him, ”I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but through me.”

We worship God---not only because we are ‘Christians’---but because we were created by God to worship Him.  Worshipping God is as crucial to our spirituality as air is crucial to our humanity.  Colossians 1:16 says, “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that on earth...ALL THINGS WERE CREATED THROUGH HIM AND FOR HIM.”  Psalm 150:6 “Let EVERYTHING THAT HAS BREATH praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!”  Thus we worship God because it is much more than a ‘good’ idea---it is undeniably a ‘God’ idea.

Worship, according to God’s Biblical instruction, involves dynamic experiences of encountering His presence through profound conversations with the Lord. These experiences involve singing, praying, and so much more.

Such expressions of worship include praise and worship God with instruments (Psalm 150:3-6), with voices (Psalm 149:1), clapping hands (Psalm 47:1), uplifted hands (Psalm 134:2), with reverent surrender (1Timothy 2:8), and most importantly, in spirit and in truth (John 4:23).

* We accept the Holy Scriptures as the inspired revealed Word of God, the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)

* We believe in one true God as Creator of heaven and earth, and the Redeemer of mankind, revealed as the embodiment of the Trinity, which is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)

* We believe in Jesus Christ as the eternal Son of God, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary work on the cross, His resurrection from the dead, and His uniqueness as the sole mediator between God and Man. (1Corinthians 15:3, 1 Timothy 2:5,6)

* We believe in salvation of our souls through the sole hope of redemption through Jesus Christ. (John 3:3, Romans 10:13-15)

* We believe in the ordinance of water baptism by immersion for those who have repented and received Jesus as Savior. (Matthew 28:19)

* We believe in partaking of holy communion, also known as the Lord’s supper, consisting of bread and the fruit of the vine. We acknowledge this as a commemorative act which symbolizes the suffering and death of our Savior and the hope of His prophesied return. (2 Peter 1:4, 1 Corinthians 11:26)

* We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, involving the enduement of power for life and service. Subsequently, we recognize the operation of the gifts of the Spirit in the lives of the believers. (Luke 24:49, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11)

* We believe in the blessed hope of the resurrection of those who have died in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive in Christ as the blessed hope of the Church. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

* We believe in the new heavens and the new earth according to God’s promise. (2 Peter 3:13)
